In addition to our paste manufacturing, we maintain an extensive inventory of cadmium free brazing alloys in both strip and wire. We use this inventory to manufacture custom shapes of brazing alloy for your applications on our metal forming equipment.
Our large inventory of standard tooling is available to you for many different shapes and can often eliminate the cost of new tools. Shapes available include rings, washers, discs, shims, slugs and multi-slide forms.
These brazing materials can be used with a variety of heat sources such as induction, torch and furnace. And we also offer flux products for use with these products if the work is not done in a protective atmosphere. Typical applications for wire and strip products include carbide tools, tube to tube or tube to fitting assemblies and many others.
