Our brazing paste products can be used for brazing ferrous and some nonferrous materials. Tricon has brazing pastes that work in virtually all-commercial furnace atmospheres. Standard products include pure copper, copper-iron, copper-nickel and copper tin.
Custom formulations can be produced to meet requirements for specific alloys or paste properties. Low carbon or stainless steel assemblies can be joined effectively with the use of our superior paste products in an appropriate furnace atmosphere.
We do offer a selection of vehicle systems for copper paste products that are engineered to be safe for both the environment and your employees. All of our copper powders exceed the requirements of AWS BCu-1a. And we have a variety of packaging options available to suit your volume and process requirements. We are happy to discuss recommendations specific to your process or application. Typical applications utilizing copper brazing paste include torque converters, fuel rails, pressure vessels, general tubing assemblies and multi-joint assemblies to name a few.
